You’re looking for a Graphic Designer for your Partnership Strategy & Design Team.
Here’s how I’m the right fit:
While I may not know all the details of game logistics, the graphics and digital campaigns in sports have always excited me.
From the NBA Finals to Super Bowl commercials, I constantly find myself talking about the visuals and creative behind major moments. I’ve always aspired to transition into the sports industry, and this role feels like the right opportunity to do so.
With over 8 years of experience as a graphic designer supporting marketing initiatives—including partnership requests—I believe my background aligns well with what you're looking for. I’d love the chance to further discuss how I could be a great fit.
Here’s is a selection of my work that aligns with the Graphic Designer role.
1
DESIGNING PARTNER COMMUNICATION MATERIALS FOR FUNDING REQUESTS
Project: 30+ Grant Funding Flyers for City Council Members
What I Did: Developed tailored, on-brand flyers to pitch for grant funding from City Council Members, securing $370,000 for the 2023–2024 fiscal year.
Unique Approach: Created a custom digital map using Illustrator to outline council district boundaries and pinpoint school sites impacted by Salvadori programs. This visual strategy effectively communicated the organization's reach and impact within council districts.
Impact: Enhanced council members' understanding of Salvadori’s value, directly leading to successful funding outcomes.

DESIGNING WHITE PAPER TO ELEVATE PARTNERSHIPS AND FUNDING
Project: Design of Salvadori Center’s White Paper
What I Did: Collaborated with Salvadori’s Leadership Team and Grants Development team to design a White Paper aimed at positioning the organization as a key partner for city officials and potential collaborators. The leadership and grants team provided the copy, and I was tasked with creating the layout and design.
Process: Designed a professional, polished book that showcased Salvadori’s mission, impact, and potential for partnerships across New York City. Focused on creating a layout that was visually engaging while maintaining a professional tone suitable for government and organizational audiences.
Outcome: The White Paper served as a critical tool for building relationships with city officials and securing funding for collaborative initiatives, highlighting Salvadori’s work and future opportunities.

What I Did:
While working on Very on Brand, I took the initiative to redesign Joey Bada$$’s one-sheet. Though it was never formally pitched, I created it independently to show how Very on Brand could support artists with strong, visually compelling assets.
Strategic Elements:
The design featured his white brand logo on the lower half, layered over a cutout of his head and hair texture. The background included a subtle black leather texture, inspired by his personal style and website. The result was a sleek, editorial layout that blended music culture with elevated branding.
Purpose:
This concept was created to show how design can shape an artist’s brand in a more authentic, creative way. It reflects my ability to turn identity into visuals that connect—an essential skill when building marketing assets for partnership decks.

What I Did:
While working on Very on Brand, I designed clear and creative social media content based on case-study insights from reports and articles. The goal was to make the information both informative and visually engaging.
Strategic Elements:
The post incorporated a mix of visual elements from Beyoncé’s CÉCRED brand, including faded background imagery from her recent photoshoots. I also included curated screenshots to support the storytelling and create a cohesive, branded aesthetic.
Outcome:
The post generated 1,177 impressions, 1,083 clicks, and a 93.88% engagement rate on LinkedIn. It even received comments complimenting the design and layout—showcasing the real impact of thoughtful, creative design.
TURNING COMPLEX INFORMATION INTO ENGAGING DESIGNS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA
The examples below showcase my ability to design across a range of initiatives beyond partnership-focused work—including events, ad hoc requests, social media campaigns, and general advertising.

DESIGNING AND MANAGING
MULTI-CHANNEL CAMPAIGNS FROM START TO FINISH
Project: Annual Salvadori Cocktail Benefit
What I Did: Designed and managed a multi-channel campaign for Salvadori's annual benefit event, spanning through LinkedIn, Facebook, email campaigns (via Constant Contact), and the company website (with webpages I designed and developed).
Event Contributions: Created engaging presentation slides for speaker sessions and supporter logos, ensuring a professional and cohesive event experience.
Impact: This event exceeded its fundraising goal of $600,000, and had 400+ RSVPs. Email campaigns achieved a 50%+ email open rate, and social content generated an engagement rate of 11.55%. We also received social media mentions with user-generated content from attendees after the event.
6
DESIGNING FOR AUDIENCE-CENTRIC MARKETING SOLUTIONS
Project: Annual Program Flyers for School Partnerships
What I Did: Created program flyers tailored for school principals, highlighting key program details, real student imagery, impact statistics, and pricing.
Strategic Elements: Focused on concise, decision-making-friendly layouts and incorporated positive, student-centered visuals aligned with the Salvadori brand. Ensured all information was easy to access and learn of.
Impact: Flyers, paired with targeted email campaigns, contributed to sold-out programs every fiscal year, with positive feedback that “all questions are easily answered” within the document.
7
AD HOC REQUEST: PROGRAM RECAPS AND SITE VISIT SUMMARY
What I Did:
I was asked to design a branded, two-page visual summary that captured insights from a series of site visits and listening sessions conducted by leadership. The copy was provided to me, and the goal was to organize key takeaways, priorities, and next steps in a format that felt clear, polished, and aligned with Salvadori’s brand.
Strategic Elements:
The final layout included an overview of site insights, a custom-designed NYC map highlighting the visit locations, and curated photography to support storytelling. The piece was created within a day and with minimal direction, turning an evolving draft into a fully branded internal document.
Outcome:
The document was presented during Salvadori’s internal team retreat and shared at the Board of Directors meeting in September. While I don’t have direct metrics, it served as a key visual tool to align leadership around organizational goals and priorities for the year.

SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY AND DESIGNING ASSETS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA
Project: Highlighting Stakeholders and Building Community
What I Did: Created and led a LinkedIn campaign that spotlighted key supporters and stakeholders. I designed visuals, managed scheduling, and collaborated with internal social teams to align messaging and posting strategy. The goal was to show appreciation while growing our brand visibility and engagement on LinkedIn.
Outcome: The campaign drove a 187.5% increase in LinkedIn followers over 12 months. Average post engagement rose from 3–6 reactions to over 10 per post, and the campaign helped strengthen partnerships and build greater brand trust within the AEC community.
A bit more about me:
I’m an upbeat, neurodivergent creative with a driven mindset and a passion for branding and design.
For me, creativity isn’t just a profession—it’s a lifeline. When I was little, and newly learning how to navigate Tourette’s Syndrome, creativity helped me cope.
Fast-forward to high-school, I found myself begging my teachers to let lead the branding and promo of school events.
Jumping to now— I work full-time as a digital marketing content designer, where I combine brand strategy, storytelling, and design to amplify the presense of things, and bring them to life.
Jessica is a wonderful creative partner. As Salvadori's Social Media & Content Designer, she not only executed the creative ideas of the team, she did it in ways that enhanced the concepts, highlighted the key components, and captured the very heart of our mission. Even better, she would pose alternate ideas that accomplished our goals in ways we didn't imagine.
She is an excellent partner, leader, creative problem solver, and thoughtful risk taker.
Kind words and feedback from

Jessica is an integral part of our team, designing and producing all marketing materials. Jessica consistently delivers high-quality, eye-catching designs that are lauded by Board Members, clients, and partners. In fact, when we hired a lobbyist, our account manager asked who produced our marketing collateral. He was shocked to learn that it was one member of our team – he had expected me to say it was a major marketing firm.
