You’ll drive the development and implementation of our content strategy that will define our global employer brand to diverse, high-caliber talent and inspire them to build with us. Additionally, you’ll contribute to the overall design process through concept, design development, and delivery of compelling visuals that will resonate with an external global audience and inspire everyday sharing. With over five years of experience in marketing design and content strategy, I specialize in creating visuals and content that spotlight people, culture, and values—fostering engagement and connection. I have successfully led the development, creation, and execution of brand initiatives that resonate with diverse audiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Leadership, Web Development, Marketing, and Communications. What I Did: Designed and managed a multi-channel campaign for Salvadori's annual benefit event, spanning LinkedIn, Facebook, email campaigns (via Constant Contact), and the company website (with webpages I designed and developed).
Event Contributions: Created engaging presentation slides for speaker sessions and supporter logos, ensuring a professional and cohesive event experience.
Impact: The 2023 event exceeded its fundraising goal of $500,000, with 400+ attendees, showcasing my ability to execute high-stakes campaigns effectively.

Project: Grant Funding Flyers for City Council Members
What I Did: Developed tailored, on-brand flyers to pitch for grant funding from City Council Members, securing $370,000 for the 2023–2024 fiscal year.
Unique Approach: Created a custom digital map using Illustrator to outline council district boundaries and pinpoint school sites impacted by Salvadori programs. This visual strategy effectively communicated the organization's reach and impact within council districts.
Impact: Enhanced council members' understanding of Salvadori’s value, directly leading to successful funding outcomes.

STRENGTHENING BRAND IDENTITY THROUGH WEB DESIGN
Project: Complete Redesign of Salvadori’s Website
What I Did: Took the bold initiative to redesign Salvadori’s decade-old website, creating a modern, user-friendly platform that better reflects Salvadori’s brand identity.
Process: Led a seven-week redesign process, collaborating closely with leadership teams in weekly progress meetings to incorporate feedback and refine the design. Focused on streamlining navigation and enhancing the visual appeal to align with the organization’s goals.
Outcome: Delivered a fresh, professional website that impressed both internal stakeholders and the Board of Directors, solidifying Salvadori’s digital presence as a forward-thinking, accessible organization.

What I Did: Created program flyers tailored for school principals, highlighting key program details, real student imagery, impact statistics, and pricing.

What I Did: Collaborated with Salvadori’s Leadership Team and Grants Development team to design a White Paper aimed at positioning the organization as a key partner for city officials and potential collaborators. The leadership and grants team provided the copy, and I was tasked with creating the layout and design.
Process: Designed a professional, polished book that showcased Salvadori’s mission, impact, and potential for partnerships across New York City. Focused on creating a layout that was visually engaging while maintaining a professional tone suitable for government and organizational audiences.
Outcome: The White Paper served as a critical tool for building relationships with city officials and securing funding for collaborative initiatives, highlighting Salvadori’s work and future opportunities.

Project: Revamping Social Media Presence for Eavesdrop Podcast
What I Did: Provided comprehensive social media services to elevate the podcast's presence within the women’s wellness industry. This included redesigning Instagram highlight covers, creating visually appealing post graphics, and implementing a refreshed brand strategy. Additionally, I developed and executed an updated social media management approach tailored to their target audience.
Outcome: Successfully increased Eavesdrop’s Instagram followers, post saves, guest collaborations, and overall podcast listenership, driving greater engagement and visibility for the brand.

APPLYING BRANDING STRATEGY TO SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGNS
Project: International Women in Engineering Day Campaign
What I Did: Designed visually striking social media graphics featuring custom, engineering-themed illustrations to celebrate International Women in Engineering Day. Each design highlighted professionals within our network, blending Salvadori Center’s branding with creative, modern aesthetics to captivate the audience.
Outcome: The campaign garnered 4,057 impressions on LinkedIn and added 9 new followers within a week, showcasing the power of thoughtful, design-led content in driving engagement and expanding reach.
