1
DESIGNING AND MANAGING
MULTI-CHANNEL CAMPAIGNS FROM START TO FINISH
Project: Annual Salvadori Cocktail Benefit
What I Did: Designed and managed a multi-channel campaign for Salvadori's annual benefit event, spanning through LinkedIn, Facebook, email campaigns (via Constant Contact), and the company website (with webpages I designed and developed).
Event Contributions: Created engaging presentation slides for speaker sessions and supporter logos, ensuring a professional and cohesive event experience.
Impact: This event exceeded its fundraising goal of $600,000, and had 400+ RSVPs. Email campaigns achieved a 50%+ email open rate, and social content generated an engagement rate of 11.55%. We also received social media mentions with user-generated content from attendees after the event.
2
DEVELOPING STRATEGIC AND EFFECTIVE DESIGN SYSTEMS
Project: Grant Funding Flyers for City Council Members
What I Did: Developed tailored, on-brand flyers to pitch for grant funding from City Council Members, securing $370,000 for the 2023–2024 fiscal year.
Unique Approach: Created a custom digital map using Illustrator to outline council district boundaries and pinpoint school sites impacted by Salvadori programs. This visual strategy effectively communicated the organization's reach and impact within council districts.
Impact: Enhanced council members' understanding of Salvadori’s value, directly leading to successful funding outcomes.
3
STRENGTHENING BRAND IDENTITY THROUGH WEB DESIGN
Project: Complete Redesign of Salvadori’s Website
What I Did: Took the bold initiative to redesign Salvadori’s decade-old website, creating a modern, user-friendly platform that better reflects Salvadori’s brand identity.
Process: Led a seven-week redesign process, collaborating closely with leadership teams in weekly progress meetings to incorporate feedback and refine the design. Focused on streamlining navigation and enhancing the visual appeal to align with the organization’s goals.
Outcome: Delivered a fresh, professional website that impressed both internal stakeholders and the Board of Directors, solidifying Salvadori’s digital presence as a forward-thinking, accessible organization. Currently, users spend nearly 2 minutes on our Squarespace website on average.

DESIGNING FOR AUDIENCE-CENTRIC MARKETING SOLUTIONS
Project: Annual Program Flyers for School Partnerships
What I Did: Created program flyers tailored for school principals, highlighting key program details, real student imagery, impact statistics, and pricing.
Strategic Elements: Focused on concise, decision-making-friendly layouts and incorporated positive, student-centered visuals aligned with the Salvadori brand. Ensured all information was easy to access and learn of.
Impact: Flyers, paired with targeted email campaigns, contributed to sold-out programs every fiscal year, with positive feedback that “all questions are easily answered” within the document.
5
Project: Design of Salvadori Center’s White Paper
What I Did: Collaborated with Salvadori’s Leadership Team and Grants Development team to design a White Paper aimed at positioning the organization as a key partner for city officials and potential collaborators. The leadership and grants team provided the copy, and I was tasked with creating the layout and design.
Process: Designed a professional, polished book that showcased Salvadori’s mission, impact, and potential for partnerships across New York City. Focused on creating a layout that was visually engaging while maintaining a professional tone suitable for government and organizational audiences.
Outcome: The White Paper served as a critical tool for building relationships with city officials and securing funding for collaborative initiatives, highlighting Salvadori’s work and future opportunities.

DESIGN STRATEGY FOR
SOCIAL MEDIA BRANDING
A bit more about me:
I’m an upbeat, neurodivergent creative with a driven mindset and a passion for branding and design.
For me, creativity isn’t just a profession—it’s a lifeline. When I was little, and newly learning how to navigate Tourette’s Syndrome, creativity helped me cope.
Fast-forward to high-school, I found myself begging my teachers to let lead the branding and promo of school events.
Jumping to now— I work full-time as a digital marketing content designer, where I combine brand strategy, storytelling, and design to amplify the presense of things, and bring them to life.

Jessica is a wonderful creative partner. As Salvadori's Social Media & Content Designer, she not only executed the creative ideas of the team, she did it in ways that enhanced the concepts, highlighted the key components, and captured the very heart of our mission. Even better, she would pose alternate ideas that accomplished our goals in ways we didn't imagine.
She is an excellent partner, leader, creative problem solver, and thoughtful risk taker.
Kind words and feedback from those I’ve worked with (they’re glad you’re Here also!):
Kenn Jones, Former Executive Director of Salvadori Center
Jessica is a very hardworking, determined professional who excels at all tasks thrown her way. Jessica’s passion for her work has helped to completely transform our companies marketing and advertising campaign. Her creativity, attention to detail, ability to take feedback and implement feedback has improved our brand ten-fold and has made us easily recognizable by the constituents that we work with.
Malika Khalsa, Deputy Director of Salvadori Center
Jessica is an integral part of our team, designing and producing all marketing materials. Jessica consistently delivers high-quality, eye-catching designs that are lauded by Board Members, clients, and partners. In fact, when we hired a lobbyist, our account manager asked who produced our marketing collateral. He was shocked to learn that it was one member of our team – he had expected me to say it was a major marketing firm.
